Alli Smith

One of my dear friends, Katie Smith, asked me to take some photos of her little baby girl, Alli.

I was very excited to do this shoot - partly because I just love the whole Smith family. I have known Katie since I was a young high schooler, and she has been a wonderful mentor to me, and a godly example of a wife, mother, and woman who loves and fears the Lord. I have been so blessed to know her and my family, and I am even more blessed to have such an amazing woman standing next to me on my wedding day! :)

so these photos are from a while back, but after looking through them again i really want to post some. i love the way some of these photos turned out.

i got to go out on the town in the Central West End with two of my girl friends about a month ago, and we had a blast taking great photos, exploring the city, and eating some delicious food and topping things off with a cupcake from theCup!

happy spring time! it has been a busy semester for me, but the warm weather (& the birth of a baby) has dusted off my lens&now i have much to share with you!

first on my to-share list are some newborn photos of my dear friend Brittany's baby girl.
her name is Adelyn Maelie Susan Smith (affectionately known as Addy Mae).
i met Brittany in 2009 during my first year of college and my first year in SpiritWing. i've watched as Brittany became engaged, got married, became pregnant, & now have a baby girl! Brittany has been an incredible friend, & i love her heart for the church, the Lord, & for people...just love her!

Addy was a bit uncooperative for pictures, but here are some of my favorites!

i love this girl so much, & i look forward to watching her continue to grow! the Lord has been holding her in His hands since before she was born, & He has made her into the beautiful wonder that she is.

Holman wedding {part 2}

hello again! i have been working on an exciting bunch of photos from the Holman wedding - i have so many favorites i can hardly choose which ones to post!
